Live here if you need to be near MSG
Former Tenant
Pros:
The unit on the A-line is great with the extra den space - is it worth the area and the "okay" building? You decide. The kitchen is modern and nice - and the gas stove is a plus.
Cons:
The gym needs newer machines.
The smell on the health club (gym) floor is of garbage. The area is the biggest downside, it’s very crowded, and there is no culture here.
It gets HOT in the summer, and COLD in the winter - the temperature regulation is pretty bad here.
To the person who wrote in another review "everyone is like family"... no one talks to each other here - that is a lie. There's no community here.
Advice to owner:
The HC floor smells like garbage, the gym is outdated - needs new machines. There are six treadmills and only a few machines. The heat and AC are pretty bad, but that's just NYC I guess.

Good experience overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
Maintenance requests are answered extremely quickly. Staff and management is nice and responsive. Apartments have nice modern finishes. Can’t hear my neighbors. No pests or issues with appliances. Common areas are kept decently clean. Management organizes nice rewards and treats for tenants.
Cons:
Heat didn’t work properly for about a month during February (coldest month), however management kept us updated about the situation and tried to resolve quickly. My only complaint is the windows are not sound insulated enough and you can hear a lot of traffic noise and loud people on the streets, especially at night (When K town is alive).

Former Tenant

Nice size apts. Washer and dryer in unit.
Cons:
Can hear the elevator going up and down! Gym is in the basement and small. The basketball court is much larger than gym. Smells perm
