Pretty nice place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment itself was fine, we had a few repairs needed throughout the years we stayed here on every appliance at some point. Management is pretty responsive and gets things done on time, but some stuff took a month before they even got someone to look at it
Cons:
Everything else will cost you. Beware that to bring more than 2 guests per roommate on to the roof will cost you $50 per head.

Best building in the LES! It is our oasis
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love this building. Every day my fiance and I talk about how lucky we feel to live here. The building is so well maintained, it is always clean, the doormen are so respectful, and the super is the best. It is so dog friendly, so if you have a pet, couldn't recommend more highly. There is a dog run in the back of the building where dogs can play, it's an area with turf. The gym is great, and there are also other communal living spaces. The rooftop has to be one of the best in the city. Why spend $25 at Mr. Purple, when you can sip your homemade cocktails on your rooftop?
Cons:
Honestly nothing! This building is a dream. Everyone here is so friendly and kind and it's so well maintained. My fiance, my dog, and I could not be happier and we will be here for a long time.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work! Thanks for making this such a great place to live. :)
