Beautiful but empty
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful building, incredible staff, maintained extremely well
Cons:
Building seemed vacant - a lot of owners must own as 1 of many homes or as an investment property. No real community feel.
Advice to owner:
We rented from a terrible landlord who owned the condo unit. Raised our rent 61% one month before I was giving birth to my first child. Left us only days to find a new apartment when I was 9 months pregnant and had zero care.

Avoid If renting
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment was amazing and very spacious but that is the only positive I can state
Cons:
Management is absolutely horrible, threatened us with bogus claims, and attempted to move us out early. Felt as if I was walking on eggshells my entire time living there
