Pros

Clean building Management company used is very responsive Payment portal is organized Young crowd living in the building

Cons

-Had 2 roaches come from the bathroom in my one year living there, after we told the management company they had an exterminator there and we never saw a bug again -The garbage bin for the roof patio is not emptied out frequently so garbage piles up, but doesn’t smell, mostly cans

Advice to the owners

- Take roof garbage out more often

Only three elevators, so if one is unavailable the wait can be long.
