The basketball court was the worse part
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apt was spacious and the building was well managed.
Cons:
The location of the apt in the building was horrible. It was street level and near the basketball court. So it was always noisey.

Cute and clean
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well maintained brand new building with easy to access management and good amenities
Cons:
Bit of a noisy neighborhood with a basketball court and playground on a Main Street and thin walls. The windows cancel out most noise inside.
Advice to owner:
Stop increasing rent so we can stay

"Luxury" Housing
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Incredible staff and front team
- Great security (double doors with keycard entry)
- Beautiful views and sun with all new appliances
Cons:
- Raised the rent over $1,000 in a single year with no updates to the building or apartments. If the rent is increasing, why is nothing else improving?
- The walls and doors are so thin. You can hear someone sneeze in their own apartment when you're sitting in yours.
- Overworked and understaffed. The employees are underappreciated and its obvious to tenants.
- Very low standard of luxury housing. Looks like it in appearances until you actually live there for a couple weeks.

Review from first year opening tenant
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen are nice, building is new and clean, neighbors are nice, amenities are great
Cons:
Management sucks and doesnt speak much english. Several tenants had broken refrigerators that they have yet to replace. No screens on windows. Repair system unprofessional. Garage parking is messy and always smells like garbage.

Could be a great place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super and building staff are awesome. They are the best part of the building they make it feel like a home.
Cons:
The owners of this building are dishonest.
The pulled bait and switch tactics on prospective tenants.
Amenities promised,
24 hour door man,
Waterfall in lobby,
Children's playroom, and
Rooftop cabanas and grills

What was given
10 hour doorman, despite this not being a safe neighbor hood,
Garden that is not maintained and full of dead plants, it really is unpleasant to look at,
The Childress playroom was taken over and made into management office despite the fact that the building has office space on the lower level that can be utilized.
We have ZERO grills for a full year and a few couches scattered around this is far from the luxury rooftop promised. The owners continuously complain about losing money and will bleed tenants for higher rent without giving any of the amenities promised!

The building has no mail tracking system for packages so there is no way to track lost packages that were delivered to the building.
Advice to owner:
Stop going up on the rent and address the promises made that you clearly have not met. We have all lost money during COVID so stop complaining to tenants about financial problems when you clearly do not care what a $1000 increase in rent will do to a tenants financial situation! Hire management company to manage the building because you are running this building into the ground
