wish the roof was bigger (the PHs own 2/3 of roof area)

Everything else, bugs, mice, separate kitchen
Advice to owner:
I believe this building was sold a few years ago, so new management might be better as they rebuilt. But if you lived here prior to 2011, I feel for you.
