Great building in midtown
Former Tenant
Pros:
Greta clean and modern building. The gym is great. Management is really nice.
Cons:
The noise from 3rd avenue can be a lot in the long term and also the building only takes mailed checks.
Advice to owner:
Try to get a payment system
