Smelly stinky apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Stylish, good light.
Cons:
My apartment always smelled like sewage, and it was always the worst in the bathroom. I think gas from the sewer was coming up from the plumbing somehow. No matter what I did; deep clean, candles, air purifiers, air fresheners, nothing covered it up. Absolutely gross. Moved out after a few months because I didnt want to live in a smelly apartment.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to this issues of your residents.
