nice short rental
Former Tenant

Clean, definitely felt like a hotel with all the amenities

If you are in one of the street-facing units, it is extremely loud when the construction across the street is taking place
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you are doing

Good landing place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean, very quiet. Excellent location
Cons:
Rents rise exponentially based on the month you are staying. Not a very good option for month to month unless rent cost does not matter
Advice to owner:
More responsive. Also rent prices probably shouldn’t fluctuate so much month to month
