- Great Neighborhood - Great Neighbors - Great Culture - Diversity - Modern design of the building - Private terrace
Cons:
- Unresponsive owner - Unresponsive management - Building not well maintained - Building has multiple city violations - Owner does not pay contractors that they refuse to fix issues - Bad structure of the building that the terrace floods - Some tenants allows their pets to do their “business” on the terrace that the animal waste seeps down other units when it rains - Building has gone through multiple management due to unpaid contract by the owners
