Best NYC apartment I've lived in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really wonderful building and staff. Nice amenities and large unit with plenty of space
Cons:
Closets are pretty small and there's only one in my unit. There are some homeless people who hang out on the street which isn't ideal but the building is safe.
Advice to owner:
Mail room needs to be better organized

Solid Quiet Spot in LES
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newer building A/C is quiet and effective Kitchen is fairly large Finishes are nice
Cons:
My unit is fairly small (normal for LES) Lack of storage Mail room is a mess
Advice to owner:
Main thing is to fix the mail system. Incentivize people to pick up their packages and have more organization.

It was just ok
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was brand new when we moved in. It has a great rooftop with a view.
Cons:
Sub par fixtures, finishes, and appliances. It’s definitely not a luxury apartment especially for the rent price charged.
