Not being maintained but not the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very nice location great roof and gym facilities. I always get my packages on time and deliveries
Cons:
Owner stopped paying for keyless entry and this makes it harder to get in and out of the building. I’m not sure where that bill went but the keyless entry issues have led to a security situation where sometimes the front door to the building doesn’t lock.
Advice to owner:
Pay your bills.

Unorganized Mgmt / Nice Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
New building, Nice Rooftop now that it’s finally open
Cons:
Subpar Mgmt, Amenities took months to open, Building Security Issues
Advice to owner:
The opening of this building did not go well. You need to do better if you want tenants to resign
