Great new building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Temperature control with the passive house construction is fantastic.
The staff are all very nice, interactive, and responsive.
Cons:
Some noise issues with neighbors
Some of the layouts of the rooms seem a bit space inefficient
The neighborhood is bustling (good and bad) but very close to Penn Station and all the subway lines
