Good and plain

Pros:
One of the doorman is super nice, good location, small building that you'd never worry about missing packages
Cons:
Right near the lincoln Tunel.

The Lewis - overall good building

Staff is very friendly and helpful, clean, roofdeck is great
Cons:
Occasionally loud near tunnel. apartments can get warm because of large windows

Building is nice, management is fine

Pros:
Nice building with clean premises Management is mostly responsive with maintenance requests but still hasn’t replaced an overhead lightbulb and it’s been a year
Cons:
Doors are loud and don’t close or open without kicking/slamming Soundproofing is not great - can hear neighbors slamming their doors, talking in hallways, and partying Location is sketchy if you head east
