Great building but out of place
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love the cleanliness and modern finishes of the building and apartment itself. The management responds wicked fast and always feel taken care of.
Cons:
It’s annoying to live on 11th avenue and the shuttle is a bit of a gimmick. Also the fact that we have to swipe the key to get through the elevator and to get to your floor is a bit extra. It makes it difficult to have friends over in a seamless manner.
Advice to owner:
Let us buzz people in without having to use key

Great place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great amenities, great during covid. Well priced for the amenities and look of building.
Cons:
Far from subway but has citibikes and bus newr. Rooftop not the greatest. Pricey but for nyc not too bad.
