Beautiful building and amenities

Pros:
Some units have walk in closets
Beautiful apartments and many nice amenities like a spa, gym, rooftop with pool
Gym has more equipment than the average gym in nyc
Walls are pretty thick
Building is pretty quiet, you only really hear the regular city noises from outside
24hr concierge
No keys or FOB, you use an app to access the building and apartment
Cons:
Management almost never responds to emails unless you keep harassing them, and even then that’s not guaranteed. Even if you go in person they don’t follow through on their word

Neighborhood is sketch, near 125 and lex (iykyk)

Near a fire station so it can get pretty noisy outside through the day/night

They changed management twice in one year

Nice building definitely not luxury…

Pros:
Apartment are very modern with stainless appliances and cabinet. White floors are nice but not practical.
Cons:
Management company is rude. Constant billing errors.
Advice to owner:
Please get your management team together

Amazing rental unit in sketchy neighbourhood

Pros:
Incredible amenities, stainless steel appliances, spacious apartments, modern and well designed.
Cons:
Area is very sketchy, walls are a bit thin.
Advice to owner:
More short term rental units please!
