Okay apt but Management is tough

Pros:
recently updated good people in apt right by the 6 train — good location
Cons:
Stolen credit card & check out of the mail when the mailbox was “broken” for weeks Poor job fixing a fire that happened in July 2023 Trash sometimes overflows Management is slow to respond/ will ignore texts I think appliances are not energy efficient because the electric bill is steep
