Not for the weak
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big park near by a few super markets
Cons:
I moved out years ago due to a mold issue in my apt They hire random people off the street to clean the hallways and non of them seem to grasp the concept of what clean is, the people on the building don't have the the mental strength to tie a trash bag closed. They leave it outside of the trash disposal area The super always lies about things that don't matter The tenant in 5b will be outside infront of the door everyday standing with his shirt off naked 😳 and in everyone's business like he's the landlord
Advice to owner:
Get a new super and address the issues before the pile up your super is milking you while don't notice
