Not Worth The Price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Renovated recently with nice finishes and a dishwasher. Nice neighborhood, with restaurants around the corner (although prices are high considering it’s the Bronx not midtown).
Cons:
Building renovations appear to have been mostly surface. Space is small for the rent they want. The “laundry on site” is two very over priced, small units in the lower level of one of the neighboring building that you just get access to. The back yard is barren and shared although nobody uses it. It’s also right next to someone’s apartment who lives on the first floor (also next to the laundry).
Advice to owner:
Lower the rent or provide better amenities.
