Pros:
Bld is kept clean
Cons:
Garbage compactor has not been available for over 5 years. Need security due to kids from schools coming into the bld to hangout and smoke weed. Basement needs renovation. Repairs can take days-weeks to complete.
Advice to owner:
Great bld but if the kids are not controlled vandalizing the bld, it will be unsafe to live.
