Disgusting building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s next to the train station and Bronx terminal
Cons:
Everything, there’s never any heat or hot water, the building is falling apart and stinks. People make noise all hours of the day, people sit on the steps blocking the entrance. The building doors are broken. The super and landlord never come to the building or answer their emails.
