The worst landlords ever.

Pros:
Well placed near the subway and cute locals and cafés
Cons:
Landlord is awful and not responsive. He will take forever to response and to do work that needs to be done. He’s not communicative
Advice to owner:
Yo need to think of your tenants first and not your own profit. You’re a predatory landlord and should be ashamed of how you treat property

The landlord is no good!! Don’t trust him, he’s pure evil.

Pros:
The neighborhood is nice. Everything that I need is right here. Transportation is near so it made living in this hell hole of a building easier to deal with.
The outside of the building is kept up nicely Any time the landlord is NOT around is a good day.
Cons:
Mice and water bugs Sneaky, untrustworthy, money- hungry landlord.
I’ve came to the same conclusion, Luis is a scumlord. He doesn’t care about the tenants, but will take your money very fast!
If you need work done in the apartment, you won’t find contractors working, but more like some of the sketchiest people that he could find off the street and pay next to nothing to do the work. He’s greedy but he’s cheap.
I asked him to fix an electrical outlet in the apartment and he never did, but he will take your rent!
So much more about him that you will discover if you rent from him. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM! You’ve been warned.
He’s not a decent person.
Advice to owner:
You’re a horrible person, it seems to me that you’ve gotten away with doing foul and dirty practices for years. Although you think that you’re clever, everything will catch up to you eventually.
I hope all the people that you’ve taken money from and have hurt, are around to see when everything finally catches up to you. I’ve watched you take advantage of good tenants for years, and cheat the system.
You are the prime example of Money being the root of all evil!
