Could be better if they had better workers

Pros:
It’s quite, the only good thing in this building.
Cons:
Can’t have animals but everyone in the building has. The lady in “charge” bad education and manners Also delusional thinks everyone talks about her. Talks about people business to other people that it doesn’t concern. I could go on but theirs a lot of cons.
Advice to owner:
Understand one person is to blame but don’t take it on the whole family and if you going to talk to people about the problem of a family talk to them instead.
