Honest and accurate review for basement floor
Former Tenant
Pros:
Backyard and front stoop space.
Sockets in lots of areas.
In unit washer and dryer.
Large kitchen and bedroom area.
Great water pressure.
Utility included in rent.
Landlord responsiveness to Water or heater issues.
Cons:
Rats. Lots of them in the walls, and ceiling and in the staircase. 
Not enough closet space.
Water coming out of the walls when it rains heavily.
Can hear the upstairs neighbors when they run or jump.
Mold in certain areas.
Occasionally a large American roach shows up.
Fraying brick walls
House centipedes
Lots of sketchy people in the neighborhood.
Security deposit returned after 22 days. Lots of back and forth and having to take significant steps to get it back.
Important sockets stopped working about a year in and were never fixed.
Sewer issues in the basement about twice a year.
Will not upload any pics because I’m sure it will be renovated soon.
