City takes over HDFC building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was always maintained, there was a control on roaches and mice, tenants use to get there apartments fixed at a timely manner. Everyone’s intercoms worked. Always hot water with pressure.
Cons:
Banana Kelly building manager does not respond to ANYTHING. You send her messages of things that need to be fixed in your apartment and they never get fixed, I’ve been waiting for my intercom to get fixed for 3 years and still nothing, I’ve asked for a paint job and nothing. Building manager jots down the complaints of tenants and does NOTHING to resolve the issues in the apartment. Mailboxes have been broken for 3 years. They took over 3 yrs ago and the building has gone downhill, since. Many tenants do not have Leases, and they continue to charge rent. Banana Kelly horrible building management.
Advice to owner:
We will continue to report you, until something is done.
