Terrible management

Pros:
There are none
Cons:
The management office does nothing to fix the issues in this building. From rats in the walls floods in apartments, painting.. and having people who aren’t supposed to be in the building such as drug dealers and crackheads coming in and out... NOTHING!

Pay attention to your tenants
