Slumlords!!!

Pros:
Family Oriented, close proximity to transportation, banks, electronics, clothes and food shopping.
Cons:
Uncleanliness, Noisy neighbors, Police activity, No heat, No hot water, No response from management when called, Multiple non-reachable building supers who don't speak English, Stacking trash outside residents windows, causing ordors to come inside of apartments.
Advice to owner:
Hire bilingual speaking Supers, Clean buildings more than once a week, change the mop water each floor/ STOP MOPPING WITH DIRTY WATER, Answer the office phone when calling, When common locks are changed, notify each resident and provide a key, Provide adequate hot water and heat ALL YEAR ROUND, Apartment upkeep is severely lacking; painting, wood floors, plumbing, electrical and window insulation.

Nice location, close to transportation, grocery stores and hospital.
Cons:
No heat, hot water, rodents and garbage everywhere.
Advice to owner:
Do better. Why have a building if you don't want to take care of the building?
