Crackheads sleep in hallway
Addicts live in the building
Always something wrong wit the Apt
Never hires proper companies to fix things still have nails sticking out my floor
Holes in walls
Landlord never answers calls
Ppl living in the basement selling drugs , having been ppl in and out of the basement come out ur apartment and feens are slumped over when u come out wit your kids . This is not appropriate
Advice to owner:
Be more in contact with your tenants and check on your building
