The location is the only positive

Pros:
Convient Location, Parking.
Cons:
No heat. Broken Elevators. Broken Dryers and Washing Machines that have been broken for almost a year. Constantly turning the water off for "repairs." Workers pick and choose who they will provide good service too and who they will give an attitude to.

Actually Manage the property

Pros:
I like to have my own parking space.
Cons:
I don’t like how the building is infested with roaches and mice. The trash gets packed throughout the day in the incinerator. The staircase has a foul odor and it’s never cleaned.
Advice to owner:
Please hire people who are certified and knows how to clean.
