Pros:
Nothing that I can think off
Cons:
Roaches from the other DIRTY apartments will come up to yours and youll have an infestation , they took 10 years to Finally put a building number at the fron
Advice to owner:
They suck, but I heard the building is getting new owners so hopefully they are better at maintenance
