We use both renters self-reports and the annual DHCR registrations to determine if a building has rent-stabilized units. It is possible that a landlord missed an annual registration and therefore the info is not reflected on openigloo. We update this data when the city updates their records. Neglected property
Former Tenant
Pros:
I can’t think of any
Cons:
Building is run down , bug infested. Owner does not care about quality of life. He makes quick cheap fixes to things just to save money but things just fall apart again.
Advice to owner:
Actually put in some real work to fix up this property.
