Area is extremely dangerous, living conditions are horrid in this building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing good to say
Cons:
The elevator is always acting up There’s no cameras Nycha workers will leave you in unlivable conditions and not care There’s no heat in the winter In the summer if you have “ too many things” plugged in then the power in the entire apartment will shut off.
Advice to owner:
Fire everyone and get a whole new crew of people actually willing to help the building and it’s tenants

Don't bother here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator works sometimes
Cons:
Nothing works properly. Neighbors are disrespectful and dirty. No respect at all. Loud stomping, music and screaming.mice and roaches everywhere, nothing gets fixed properly. Its a mess. There was a fire in 2017 because of heat issues
Advice to owner:
Treat us with respect we have to live here not you
