This Building is Fair
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is clean (sometimes). There’s a cleaning group( person) in the morning who takes care of the trash. The building’s location is also great. The neighbors are super nice people. The rent is somewhat affordable.
Cons:
The Super or building manager is lazy. It’s takes months for something to get fixed or done. There’s no elevator which can be stressful when you live at the top floor or trying to get a bag of groceries to your apartment. Sometimes there’s either no cold or hot water. There used to be pest control check every week or two but they recently stopped coming.
Advice to owner:
There’s many broken things that’s needs fixing but the manager doesn’t show at all to take a look or just ignores it when we complain. I suggest you talk to him about the behavior.
