Former Tenant
Pros:
I’m in a rent stabilized/rent control apt. My apartment is very spacious because it is pre war.
Cons:
The management hires building supers based on certain tenants request.
ie: previous super was here for decades.
New super is the son of a super from the building next to this one owned by the same management.
Advice to owner:
We are human beings though we’re not the same we should have a clean building that is maintained properly
