lived here for over 10years
Former Tenant
Pros:
Mixture of single floor and duplex apartments with 2 laundry rooms in the building — inside courtyard too. Semi secure building
Cons:
Pest control is alright but could be much better — thin walls since it’s an older building.
Advice to owner:
There has to be better service for the pests

Disappointed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Peaceful Building, the tenants are nice.
Cons:
Just got out of the lease, been living with my mom (that has asma) in a one bedroom apartment for 27 years. Till this day they don’t have an apartment available for me. Mind you, there are people living in the building rent free, or the apartments that are available they immediately give it to the tenants that have kids first (privilege)
Advice to owner:
You really need to check your employees that work in the office, they tend do a lot of mistakes (schemes)
