Not so nice office...they are using a po box to collect rent. Not real address

Building is ok,transportation wise ok
Cons:
Alot of violations,elevator not working half of the time. Wires hanging down back of building...lots of tenants apt in basement.
Advice to owner:
They turn you down@office.They are very nasty,unkind to tenants.
