The landlord 1212 Grant Realty LLC, And Supportive Housing provider Acacia Network / BASIC Should have been arrested and prosecuted years ago for jointly working together to deny Mr. Jimmy Avila a new Lease as a result of complaints made in good faith to Government agency / Court Judgments and Settlements to improve Mr. AVILA Health and safety / As a result of ongoing HPD Violations Mr. Avila Mr. Avila has been Hospitalized numerous times for the Mood infestation / Bed Bigs infestation/ticks infestation, etc. and suffers from Lyme disease, Respiratory disorder etc.
Advice to owner:
Please stop the ongoing Housing Discrimination an Retaliation
