This place sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent price was good. Close to many forms of public transportation. Free street parking.
Cons:
The landlord was not responsive to any complaints and fix stuff and neither was the super (his name was Jeffrey). Mice were out of control. Landlord and super did not keep our apartment up to any New York City health codes. Jeffery literally started fixing the fire alarms as the health inspector was looking straight at him. I asked to get the kitchen window fixed for three years , they fixed it as the health inspector was breathing down his neck
Advice to owner:
Be a good human and treat your tenants better. Their lives matter!
