Roach infected and don’t bother if you like sleep
Former Tenant
Pros:
Renovated appliances was okay
Cons:
The roaches come from within the walls and they didn’t seal edges around the apartment. Management falsely advertised a free month, they didn’t send any stove covers as promised. And the super takes two weeks to respond to one issue at a time. Just moved here and I’m already planning to leave. Don’t do it to yourself moving here. Also the rent amount they ask and living space don’t correlate. The rent price is way too high and I only moved out of convenience of it being near my mom. Fully regret it
Advice to owner:
HAVE A GOD DAMN PHONE NUMBER FOR US TO CALL management. This is ridiculous you don’t have a office number. Hope you guys get law suits for that.
