Pros:
If there is an issue in the building, they do their best to solve in a timely manner, be it the elevator or a pipe leak.
Cons:
There are people who blast music all over the neighborhood during the summer. The garbage disposal area is usually a mess and furniture is kept in a different alley way of the building. Everyone has heat and pest issues
Advice to owner:
Hire someone for garbage disposal. stop painting over mold and fix the problem holistically.
