Glad I found this gem!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is very organized and professional. Issues get resolved quickly, and their website portal is easy to navigate and useful. Building is generally on the quiet side, and no one loiters outside the entrance. Unlike other buildings in this neighborhood.
Cons:
Constant water problems with pressure and/or heat consistency. They frequently take different apartment lines off the water for one day to fix pipes or the boiler. Should probably get a new one. Another big con: this neighborhood refuses to get Verizon FIOS. Despite almost the entirety of the Bronx getting with the times. We need options!!
Advice to owner:
I would gladly pay an MCI surcharge if you would just get a decent water system installed and ensure we all get the best hot water and pressure.
