loud area, some mice issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
the super is generally responsive
Cons:
it's in a densely populated area so trash management isn't great and there ends up being some pests.

Stay away from here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very spacious courtyard. The in-house laundromat was very convenient.
Cons:
The building was in dire need of renovations. Vents didn’t work properly, the elevator was always getting stuck and the main doors were usually unlocked. Any random person can walk in because of this.
The superintendent seemed unqualified for his role and the building was roach infested.
Advice to owner:
Fix your dilapidating building so you can properly address your roach problem.
