Do NOT move there
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment was renovated and great price for a 3 bedroom
Cons:
Elevator breaks down every other week for days to weeks at a time. Extremely loud neighbors. Delivers left on door or mailbox get stolen. Building stinks and not safe. Anyone can get inside
Advice to owner:
Fix the hallways, elevator, front door locks and get better tenants that arent disruptive or on Section 8 and care about their apartment
