A lot of Improvement Needed

Pros:
I love my apartment. It is renovated and he kitchen is large with a lot of cabinets and I have three closets
The resident who takes care of the garbage on a daily basis, even during Covid, is a saint. Super tries her best.
Cons:
The garbage disposal shoot has been out of order since before Covid. Someone put something they should not have and it has not been repaired. There are two elevator and one elevator has been out of commission for 3 years and the working elevator is out of order twice a month.
Residents play loud music after midnight with no respect for other residents.
No response from management regarding communication that is sent regarding problems in building.
Scaffolding for 4 years without any renovation or construction.
Dogs barking all day with resolution from management. Numerous calls to 311
Advice to owner:
Fix the elevator and garbage shoot. There is so much Garbage that the doors do not close on the garbage room. Care about your tenants!!
