Cheap but not worth it

Pros:
The apartments are affordable and the doormen are very nice.
Cons:
The building is unsanitary, the superintendent is rude, and you can hear noise from other apartments within the walls.

Some of the Neighbors are friendly! Pet friendly! Elevator!

Súper Tasio is ALWAYS cutting corners When it comes to the “OLD TENANTS” who have lived in the building for several years BUT the “New tenants” who just move in Get the BEST treatment and their apartments have The BEST MATERIALS AND THE BEST RENOVATIONS!! The👉🏼 “Old tenants” get inferior materials and inferior Renovations. The super Speaks to minority/ immigrants tenants like TRASH!! He Yells at them and threatens them! Work that should be done correctly for the old tenants ALWAYS gets done with NO URGENCY and with Inferior materials and SLOPPY!! Requiring work to be redone again! Work is NEVER DONE the CORRECT way the first time for old tenants!! Major mice issues!! I have caught several mice in one day!! People hang out in front of building smoking weed/drinking (loitering) Super has NEVER hosed down the front of the building with water to get rid of the dog shit Or the stench from the leaking garbage bags! Flyers posted that Covid-19 precautions are being done in common areas Haven’t seen ANYTHING GET WIPED DOWN or SANITIZED!! Not door knobs, elevators, hand rails NOTHING!!
Advice to owner:
Old tenants that live here for several years also deserve High Quality upgrades and renovations! Not just the new tenants moving in!!! Old Long term tenants means long term rental income!!!
