One of the worst building in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is finally kept clean & building doors are locked
Cons:
Doesn’t take programs Riddled with leaks Very old & in need of an entire repair both inside & out, including apartments They manipulate tenants into paying more or double the rent by not processing the 1st payment No heat/hot water for years The company doesn’t have good representation for the building so going to housing court has becomes lengthy and difficult They don’t repair properly or on time Sidewalks aren’t clean enough during snow/ice seasons
Advice to owner:
Repair the building Repair every single apartment Stop increasing the rent You owe us
