Pros:
What pros this building is garbage
Cons:
Dirty floors and staircases, a lot of garbage everywhere no heat,theirs always a problem with the hot water, tenants are filthy, the super and worker’s don’t do their job of cleaning the building and keeping out drug addicts and homeless people
Advice to owner:
Stop being an idiot and a dick

Hire real maintenance staff, force adherence of the lease by tenants
