Decent building. We like it.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly super, large rooms, long term committed neighbors, decent upkeep
Cons:
You need to remind the super a few times to get stuff done, unless it’s an emergency. No huge complaints. Our neighbors had bedbugs this year. Not sure why it’s not reporting. It’s dealt with now.
