Dirty and Disgusting
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent is cheap
Cons:
The building is dirty, full of rats and bed bugs. The super is useless as well as the management company. We don’t have a Porter in the building, I can’t recall the last time the building was mopped.
Advice to owner:
Get a Porter!!!!

HORRIBLE LANDLORD, HASN'T MAINTAINED THIS BUILDING SINCE IT WAS BUILT
Former Tenant
Pros:
Absolutely nothing is a pro in this building.
Cons:
INVESTED with roaches and rodents, building is falling apart, elevator never works, never paints apartments like the tenant agreement states. Overall horrendous landlord.
Advice to owner:
Learn how to care about people who are not your own. If you don't want to maintain a building, sell it to someone who cares.
