Could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry Room in building Garbage Chutes
Cons:
Pests(Roaches), even though they provide an exterminator monthly. Very loud neighbors who play music nonstop in the building and just outside. No heat at times when needed, excessive heat when it's not needed. etc.
Advice to owner:
Stop favoring some tenants who people keep reporting
